SOMATIC EXPERIENCING® Individual Sessions
Description: Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and chronic tension by restoring the nervous system’s natural capacity for regulation and resilience. In one-on-one sessions, Muffie gently guides clients to attune to bodily sensations and impulses, supporting the release of stored survival energy and fostering a deeper sense of safety and presence. Drawing from her background in dance, creative practice, and embodied movement, Muffie’s SE work invites curiosity, compassion, and connection as pathways toward healing and wholeness.

Monday: 9:00 - 10:00 am, Therapeutic Tower

Dates: December 3rd -8th, 2024
Description: I teach a GYROTONIC® Pre-training Course annually. This course is the first step in becoming a GYROTONIC® Trainer. Contact Muffie for more information or to get on the list for her next training.
Cost: $1,350 ($1050 course fee +$300 Studio Fee)

GYROTONIC® teaches us to feel again, to move with trust, and build an infinite pattern of resilient growth in our bodies and in our lives. GYROTONIC® is a movement system that builds flexibility and stability through mat work and the use of a pulley-system piece of equipment called a tower. The exercises draw on movements found in nature, such as circles, spirals, and designs of infinity, to create expansive natural movements in the body’s joints, with a particular focus on the spine. Gyrotonic focuses on creating fluid movements to build flexibility and stability in all joints of the body, with improvement to skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymph, digestive, and reproductive systems. Both exercise and art form, Gyrotonic is known as the art of infinite expression, and I love working with clients to help inspire and find balance.
